Ashley skipped over-enthusiastically out of the woods with Anthony. In her mind, she started to sing We're off to see the Wizard! The wonderful Wizard of Oz! but she didn't say out out loud, lest Anthony was weirded out by it. She enjoyed the trip back out of the woods, no longer afraid of whatever that thing was in the woods. It was still dark, but Ashley wasn't too bothered by it anymore.
When they left the woods, Ashley stopped. It seemed a pretty nice day now. The seniors at the table Anthony had been at before were now giving him a thumbs up. Ashley looked away, pretending she hadn't noticed, throughly disgusted. Well, she couldn't exactly blame them. It probably did look like they had been hooking up in the woods. Still, they didn't have to give Anthony a thumbs-up for it.
Ashley listened to Anthony and responded, "I dunno. I don't have anything to do. You got any ideas?" This afternoon would hopefully be a little less eventful than what had just happened. Ashley hoped she wouldn't run into one of those things, whatever it was, again.

(( push it baby, push it outta control, [/b] i got my gun cocked tight and i'm ready to blow ))- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - [/center] Anthony shrugged his shoulders at her response. He wasn't at all sure of what they could do. Maybe if they walked around some more they could think of something. He didn't really like that idea though considering that weird thing they saw. All he knew is that he didn't want to run into it again. After the rumors about this place and then seeing something himself he was thoroughly creeped out. Maybe he could bring her back to the dorms, which only sounds like he's trying to get with her. Anthony let out a small sigh and then sat down in the grass. He couldn't think of anything that they could do. He looked around, noticing that it was getting darker out. The time passed quickly and he wondered how long he was in the woods with her. Maybe they were in there longer then they thought, hence the thumbs up signals from his friends.
"Want to just hang around here and talk?" He asked. It was the best thing he could come up with for the girl he just met. He didn't want to suggest anything that could come off to pervy or too weird. Talking was probably the safest thing he could suggest.

Ashley sat down next to Anthony. "Sure. Got nothing to do this afternoon." Ashley looked at the grass. It needed cutting, but Ashley didn't like fresh-cut grass. Some people think it smells nice and stuff, but Ashley didn't. To her, it was stinky and messy. Yuch. Ashley looked at Anthony. "So, uh, what do you wanna talk about?"
((Sorry, no muse))

Anthony shrugged his shoulders slightly, looking over at her with interest. He didn't really know what to talk about with the girl and he thought about asking her questions. That could be a fun game for them to play, maybe. "So, uh, what's your favorite color?" He asked, his lips twitched into a shy smile while he waited for her answer. Hopefully he wasn't coming across as stupid or something.
ooc; same.

Ashley frowned for once. She hated small talk. It was plain old boring and always seemed stilted. Ashley always tried to break the ice and get into some interesting conversation as soon as possible. But it was, to a point, a fact of life.
"I don't really have a favorite. I like most colors, you know?" Ashley didn't really play favorites much. She didn't like burnt orange or booger green, but most other colors were fine with Ashley. Oh, and she absolutely despised clothes that were the same color as a yellow highlighter. Ashley didn't get the fad, but she remembered a bunch of people wearing shirts like that in middle school. Weird.
